Vladislav graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Technical University of the Russian Federation as a Systems Engineer with an MS degree in Computer Science in 1997. Vlad joined the Center for the Study of Learning in January 2003 as a Systems Administrator and worked full time until January 2009. He was involved in computer installation, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. He has had over 15 years of extensive IT experience and is currently providing a limited technical support for the Center as a Sr. IT Consultant.
